One Movie a Month for 2010 or "12 for '10"

by Jimmy on January 12, 2010

As I video a street musician bagpiper named Jim a bus passes in front of my lens.

I am currently working on a full-length documentary about street musicians in D.C. and simultaneously writing a script for a love story set in D.C.  These two things will take a long time to finish so in the mean time I will sharpen my moviemaking skills and exercise my creativity by making one short movie a month for all of 2010 in what I will call 12 Movies for ’10.  I vow that each short will be of decent quality (in my opinion) and elicit some kind of response from the viewer whether it be laughter, disgust, fear, or perplexity.  I want you to feel something if anything in this mad, cynical world.

Phuong aaaauuuuugh. That was meant to be said in Vietnamese. It was me saying “Phuong, deeeear where are you” but the Vietnamese way. People who are Vietnamese would understand. Did Avis like her new special effects part at the end?
